Jilaine Swim creates high-quality sustainable swimwear, and our #1 goal is customer satisfaction. We are a small business and we hand-check each order before it ships. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please give us the opportunity to make it right.
Jilaine Swim issues store credit notes for all returns except for items marked as “Final Sale”.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we are happy to provide store credit for new, unused, unwashed items with tags in place and free of any odors, in original and resalable condition as long as the item is returned within the first 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. We do not process refunds. We offer store credit or exchange only.
We carefully inspect the goods three separate times before we ship your order to ensure there is no damage to the product. However, if you notice any damage to your purchase upon delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within (24) hours from the time your package was delivered so we can arrange for a replacement or repair.
We are unable to accept exchange of any items without the original receipt or gift receipt. Items being returned without a receipt may be given a store credit for the lowest selling, current price of that item.
Final Sale, Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit.
For all returns, Jilaine Swim must be contacted within (14) days from the delivery date of your package for a return authorization number.
Your return must be shipped and postmarked within (7) days from receiving your return authorization number.
The merchandise being returned must be in original condition. Unwashed, unworn, and unused with all tags and hygiene liners still intact and free of any odors, the way in which they were originally purchased.
Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date they are delivered to our warehouse although it may take some more time during busy periods.
We reserve the right to deny any return for any reason.
The Return Process:
Initiate your return at email@example.com. Once you have been provided your RMA#, pack up your items in the original bag and packaging and follow the return instructions emailed to you.
We will cover the cost of return shipping once per domestic order. Note, we do not cover international returns.
If you decide to return a second time for the same order, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). These shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
