How is Jilaine Swim’s fabric sustainable?
All our swimwear pieces are made from sustainable techno-fabric, regenerated Nylon Recycled yarn. Our fabric is versatile, hyper-resistant, elegant, stretchy, soft and breathable, it combines a unique mix of muscular compression and comfort. Thanks to its innovative construction, our fabric is ultra-resistant to chlorine and suntan and sunscreen (Important to say this) creams and oils. The fabric is sourced from Italy and made to last with proper care.
How is Jilaine Swim’s packaging sustainable?
Our packaging is eco-friendly, you can experience an unboxing occurrence that isn’t tarnished by excessive amounts of non-recyclable plastic. Each one of our packaging components are made from either recycled, reusable or compostable materials. When you receive a parcel from us, you can rest assured that everything in the bag, including the shipper bag itself is eco-friendly.
How will I know which size to order?
If you are not sure about your size, please check our detailed size chart as well as the measurements listed in the description for each style.
I need to change something on my order. Can I do that?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot revise it.
When will my order ship?
We try our best to process orders within 4-7 business days from the day they are placed, but please allow more time for orders placed during the COVID-19 Pandemic, your patience is truly appreciated.
*Also note orders are NOT shipped on Fridays, weekends, or holidays.
Which carriers do you use to ship?
We have multiple carriers we work with for both domestic and international orders. That decision is based on the customer’s destination.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For Domestic- once your order is dispatched it typically takes an estimated 5-10 business days to be delivered.
For International- once your order is dispatched it typically takes 7-21 business days to be delivered.
**Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery time provided by our carriers. On rare occasions your package can arrive outside the estimated timeframe.
Do I need to be present at delivery?
Yes, you or someone else will need to be present as all of our packages require a signature. However, if you must take the signature off, please leave a note on your order or contact us right away. Please keep in mind by waiving the signature we will not be liable for any missing, lost, or stolen packages.
What if I receive the incorrect items or my items are faulty?
Contact us at email@example.com within (24) hours from the time your package was delivered so we can arrange for a removed or repair.
What if my package says delivered, but I did not receive?
If your item says delivered, but you did not receive please contact us within 24 hours from the time of delivery so we can further assist you. If we are not contacted within this time frame, we will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages.
Are returns free?
We will cover the cost of return shipping once per domestic order. If you decide to return a second time, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not cover international returns.
How long will it take to process my return?
It typically takes 2-3 business days from the day we receive your return for us to process. During busy seasons it may take a little longer. We really appreciate your patience!
Can I send in my return for a refund?
Our return policy is an exchange only. No Refunds.
Can I return/exchange items that were purchased on sale or with a promotional code?
No, all sales items are final.
Why were units removed from my order? And why was I refunded?
We reserve the right to cancel items off your order that we are unable to fill. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Will I have to pay International Taxes & Duties?
You will be responsible for all taxes and duties applied to your package. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
